Common questions
- How long does it take for tracking to appear?
- Tracking usually goes live within a few hours of dispatch, and sometimes takes until the next working day. Until the courier scans the parcel into their network, the number will not return any results.
- I bought a digital download. Where is my tracking number?
- Digital products are not shipped, so they have no tracking number. Your download links are sent by email immediately after payment. If you cannot find that email, check your spam folder or sign in to your account, where every purchase is listed.
- What do I need in order to track my order?
- Either your order ID together with the email address you used at checkout, or the courier name and the tracking number (AWB) from your dispatch email. Both are on the emails we send you.
- How long does delivery take within India?
- Most physical items reach metro cities in three to five working days after dispatch, and other locations in five to eight working days. Remote pin codes can take longer.
