These Terms and Conditions govern your use of W3bundle.com and the purchase of digital and physical products from our platform. By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our products include both digital downloads and physical items. Look for the "(Digital Product)" or "(Physical Product)" tags in the product headlines to easily identify the type before purchase.

1.1 Digital Products

Digital products are instant downloads. No physical items will be shipped. You will receive access to your files via email immediately after purchase.

1.2 Physical Products

Physical products will be shipped to your provided address within 3-5 business days of purchase confirmation. Delivery times vary by location (typically 5-10 days within India). We partner with reliable shipping providers, and tracking details will be emailed once shipped. Shipping is included in the product price.

2. Usage Rights

For digital products, you may print and reuse the worksheets for personal or classroom use. For physical products, you may use the item for personal purposes. You may not resell, share, distribute, or reproduce any products (digital or physical) in any form without written permission. Physical products cannot be resold under any condition.

Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR) licenses for digital products are available at special prices. For details, contact us at info@w3bundle.com.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are in INR and include applicable taxes and shipping (where applicable). No separate shipping fees are charged. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you face access issues, contact us for support.

Physical Products: We only accept returns for packages damaged upon receipt. In such cases, we will replace the order at no additional cost after verification. You must provide proof, such as an unboxing video, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. No refunds are issued for physical products. Undamaged items are non-returnable.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any issues resulting from printing errors, device compatibility, user misuse, or shipping delays/damages caused by third-party carriers. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available only within India for physical products. We aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier issues. Once shipped, we provide tracking via email. We are not responsible for customs duties (if applicable) or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Lost or stolen packages after delivery are not our responsibility.
