At W3 Bundle, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy covers both digital downloads and physical products—please read carefully before purchase, and identify the type via headline tags.

1. Returns

Returns are handled based on product type. All requests must include order details and be submitted within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

1.1 Digital Products

All products sold on w3bundle.com are digital in nature. Therefore, we do not accept returns once a product is delivered via email or download. Sales are final.

1.2 Physical Products

We do not accept returns for physical products unless the package is damaged upon receipt. In such cases, we will replace the order at no additional cost after verification. You must provide proof (e.g., an unboxing video showing damage) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Undamaged or opened items are non-returnable. No refunds are available for physical products.

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are limited and only considered under specific circumstances. All requests require proof and must be made within 7 days of purchase.

2.1 Digital Products

Refunds are only available for:

  1. Duplicate purchases
  2. Technical issues preventing access to files, with no resolution from our support
  3. Incorrect file delivery from our end

2.2 Physical Products

No refunds are available for physical products. Damaged items qualify for replacement only (see Returns section above).

If you believe you are eligible for a refund (digital only) or replacement (physical damage), please email us at support@w3bundle.com with your order details, product type, and a clear explanation (including proof like videos or screenshots). We aim to respond within 48 hours.
